This term started off on a positive note for the English department with two of the teachers Mrs Baera and Ms Musiyamanje attending Cambridge Professional Development courses in IGCSE and ‘A’ level Literature in English.
The benefits of such workshops cannot be under-estimated as evidenced by the good results we continue to enjoy year in year out. The English department is congratulated for working hard and producing good quality students who continue to raise the school flag high long after they have left the school. A good example is Tariro Sasa who is now studying English at Rhodes University. Above is a copy of the letter we received recently from Rhodes University. Well done English department and thank you for continuing to provide lessons intended to develop the students and mould them into outstanding citizens.
